Diese Erklärung gilt für HiveFall und für die Testfassung Hive Wars – beide sind dasselbe Spiel. Es ist ein Offline-Spiel. Dein Spielfortschritt wird ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert – es gibt keine Benutzerkonten und keine Cloud-Speicherung.
Nur mit deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung erfassen wir anonyme Nutzungsstatistik über den Dienst PostHog. Dazu gehören: App-Starts und Spielsitzungen; ob du an Folgetagen erneut spielst (Retention); welches Level du startest und ob du es gewinnst; ob du das Tutorial abgeschlossen hast; eine zufällig erzeugte, anonyme Geräte-Kennung; technische Angaben wie Betriebssystem, Sprache, Spielversion und ungefähres Land (aus der IP-Adresse abgeleitet).
Wir erfassen keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen, genauen Standortdaten oder Werbe-IDs. Es findet keine geräteübergreifende Verfolgung und keine Werbung statt. Daten werden nicht verkauft.
Die anonymen Statistiken helfen uns ausschließlich, das Spiel zu verstehen und zu verbessern.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du gibst sie beim ersten Start und kannst sie jederzeit in den Einstellungen widerrufen. Lehnst du ab, werden keine Statistikdaten erhoben.
Die anonymen Statistikdaten werden von PostHog, Inc. in unserem Auftrag verarbeitet. Die Speicherung erfolgt auf Servern in der Europäischen Union (Frankfurt). Datenschutzhinweise: posthog.com/privacy
Anonyme Statistikdaten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es für die Auswertung erforderlich ist.
Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir ausschließlich anonyme Daten erheben, ist eine Zuordnung zu deiner Person in der Regel nicht möglich. Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufbar (Einstellungen).
Das Spiel richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder. Es werden wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern erhoben.

This policy covers HiveFall and the test edition Hive Wars – they are the same game. It is an offline game. Your game progress is stored only locally on your device – there are no user accounts and no cloud storage.
Only with your explicit consent do we collect anonymous usage statistics via the service PostHog: app launches and play sessions; whether you return on following days (retention); which level you start and whether you win it; whether you finished the tutorial; a randomly generated, anonymous device identifier; technical information such as operating system, language, game version and approximate country (derived from the IP address).
We do not collect names, email addresses, precise location data or advertising IDs. There is no cross-app tracking and no advertising. Data is not sold.
The anonymous statistics are used solely to understand and improve the game.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it on first launch and can withdraw it any time in the settings. If you decline, no statistics are collected.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. As we collect only anonymous data, attributing it to you personally is generally not possible. You can withdraw consent any time in the settings.
The game is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
